#1) About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from Plumes inc. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

#2) Products & availability
We aim for accurate descriptions and photos. Minor color or pattern variations can occur due to lighting and screens. If an item is unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

#3) Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in local currency (displayed at checkout). The total you pay will be confirmed at checkout before you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be authorized.

#4) Order confirmation & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and begin processing. We may cancel and refund any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

#5) Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your confirmation. Once shipped, we’ll share tracking when available. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

#6) Returns, refunds & exchanges (summary)
See the Returns Policy below for full details. In short: you can request a refund, return, or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags). Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons or if personalized.

#7) Use of our site
Don’t misuse the site (e.g., attempt to disrupt, scrape, copy content, or infringe IP). We can suspend access if we detect abuse.

#8) Intellectual property
All content on our site (logos, text, images, designs) belongs to Plumes inc or our licensors. You may not use it without permission.

#9) Limitation of liability
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We don’t exclude or limit liability where the law doesn’t allow. We’re not liable for delays outside our control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

#10) Changes to these Terms
We may update Terms from time to time. The version date is shown above. Orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of order.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

#1) Our promise
If you’re not happy with a product, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. You can also request a return or exchange within 15 days.

#2) What can be returned
– Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors/stains/pet hair, and in original packaging with tags.
– Keep your order confirmation or receipt.

#3) What can’t be returned
For hygiene and safety, we generally can’t accept returns of:
– Underwear/innerwear, socks, opened feeding/teething products, or any item marked Final Sale;
– Personalized/monogrammed or custom-made items;
– Items returned beyond 15 days from delivery.
(If an item is defective or was sent in error, this exclusion doesn’t apply—see Section 6.)

#4) How to start a return or exchange
Email info@theplumes.ae with: order number, item(s), and the reason (refund, size exchange, etc.). We’ll reply with simple instructions and the return method. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

#5) Return shipping
We’ll confirm the return method and any shipping cost (if any) when you contact us. If the return is due to a mistake on our side or a defective item, we’ll arrange or cover the return postage.

#6) Defective or damaged items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If there’s a manufacturing defect or damage, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it with a replacement, exchange, or refund—and we’ll cover the return shipping.

#7) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed) and email you a confirmation. Banks/card issuers typically complete refunds within 5–10 business days after we process them (timing depends on your bank). Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

#8) Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, we’ll ship the exchange after we receive your return. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit—your choice.

#9) Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
If you paid by COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (we’ll confirm the option you prefer when you contact us).

#10) Bundles & gifts
– Bundles: partial returns from a bundle may reduce any bundle discount; we’ll refund the difference fairly.
– Gifts: refunds go to the original purchaser unless we arrange store credit for the recipient.

#11) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/card issuer. If it’s still missing after their stated timelines, contact us at info@theplumes.ae and we’ll help.
